We appreciate you have lots of choice, but please stay and take a look around – we promise you will not be disappointed! Heavenly Sunsets – our luxury executive golf villa is situated within the prestigious Highlands Reserve Golf Course Community, perfectly located just off the US27 between the I4 and the US 192. Set amongst rolling hills, palm lined avenues, pine trees and orange groves, Highlands Reserve is an idyllic location for your family holiday. Heavenly Sunsets was built in 2003, but has just December 2007, undergone a full $70,000 stunning remodel. Centrally located, within 15 minutes of Disney, close to all other Orlando attractions, and within strolling distance of local bars, restaurants and supermarkets, we believe Heavenly Sunsets has it all! No expense has been spared and we guarantee you will struggle to find another villa with the location, space, facilities and pure luxury, we can offer. As part of our remodelling project we have installed new carpet, tile, an upgraded kitchen with beautiful stainless steel appliances, and 6 full new bedroom suites (all beds with luxury pillow top mattresses). We have redecorated inside and out, and have totally refurnished to an exacting standard, with individually chosen, designer furnishings. Whether you are a seasoned Florida visitor, or contemplating visiting the magic for the first time we believe that we have thought of, and catered for, all your vacation needs. Heavenly Sunsets is over 3000sq ft, and is a single storey villa with 6 beds (4 masters), and 4 full baths, comfortably sleeping 12 adults and 2 infants (2 x full sets of baby equipment provided). The main living area is equipped with a huge HD TV with upgraded cable package, DVD/VCR, and stereo system. Each bedroom is equipped with cable TV and its own DVD player. The 2 twin beds also feature an Xbox 360 and a PS2. There is a full library of films and games to suit all tastes and ages. We also include broadband WIFI internet access (just bring your laptop), and FREE national and international phone calls. The outside space is no less impressive than the interior. Our huge, westerly facing completely private pool deck, has sunshine all day, and, of course, Heavenly Sunsets! The fabulous 28ft x 14 ft (optionally heated) swimming pool, and the raised individually operated spa, both benefit from attractive accent planting, and have totally uninterrupted woodland conservation views. We have a large shady lanai area with cooling fans, and an 8 seater al fresco dining suite. There is access to the lanai from the family room, master bedroom, nook, and the pool bath. The oversized 40ft x 38ft westerly facing deck area allows us to provide ample patio furniture for even the largest groups of guests. |
